Staff was really nice, room was cleaned daily, view from the restaurant is top tier.
The negative was that the room was extremely small, with the beds almost touching each other , otherwise you could not fit two beds in there. I was also supposed to receive a bottle of wine per check in, and I was given a personal size bottle of prosecco upon my request, which felt like false advertising .
The staff was always pleasant, and the view from the restaurant is lovely. The walk to the duomo is about 15 minutes.

The room itself was beautiful with an amazing view of the gallery. Completely soundproof. And decorated tastefully. The staff were incredible as well. They consistently made themselves available for questions and assistance (even when some of the questions were a little dumb). Will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Milan.
