Everything was nice but this hotel is not accessible stairs and no life and wheel chair lift not working. No on duty bell boy except daytime. This information should be disclosed , if it had been I would have stayed somewhere else

The room was very modern, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and beautiful.
All of the staff were really friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was delicious, a varied choice and constantly topped up, so everything was fresh.
It was our seventh time in Venice and definitely the best horse so far

I had an amazing time at the JW Marriott in Venice. The reception was quite welcoming and was able to accommodate me with an upgraded room which I really appreciated. Very attentive to my needs and breakfast. Brunch was five star. Thank you for the stay.
