The room, cleanliness, meals and service were fine. No view of the harbour from the ground floor rooms or dining room, and at the top of a steep hill which may be a challenge for some to navigate (on foot or by car). Not stunning but fine. Average hotel wxperience.

This property is tired and renovations were done on the cheap. Could not make shower work, no instructions. Three flights of stairs with my bags, no offer of help. Dinner was in a bar area, bery noisy.

Outstanding!
The hotel might look humble from the outside, but is one of the nicest ones I've ever stayed!!! From the comfortable beds, the lovely decor, spacious room and bathroom, and such friendly and professional staff members: we were sad to leave. The room had a good tv, coffee machine and mini fridge, and USB charge points in the power outlets. Breakfast was delicious! When they say bacon, they mean bacon ❤️

A small and somewhat basic hotel, but rooms were very clean and staff was lovely. Food was standard pub grub, at fair prices. Breakfast was very good and included. Good location above the harbour, easy walking, although a lot of stairs backup but take a break and enjoy the views.

Well equipped room. Walls a little thin.
Quick simple checkin, no lifts so luggage has to be carried up stairs, all rooms appeared to have a view in the direction of the port, well equipped in terms of USB sockets, mini-fridge, heating, tea & coffee, cups / beakers, TV channels, power shower, lighting. Access is via winding single track roads, fewer parking spaces than rooms, walls a bit thin so could be noisy, steep walk to and from the port. Generally pleasant and everyone was quiet overnight.

The property was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful, and even printed a ferry schedule for me. Having a full breakfast included and served to me at my table was an unanticipated bonus.

Nothing too much trouble
The staff were brilliant, Angela in particular. Food very good too. Furniture a little old fashioned but who cares when all else so good.

It was a really nice place to stay with gorgeous views over Tobermory from our room. Clean and quiet. The only thing I would suggest is that if traveling with a Senior or with someone with mobility issues you will need to get a taxi to get up the hill to get to it. Ask the hotel for local taxi numbers and plan ahead.

Another fantastic stay!!
Another amazing stay at Park Lodge Hotel! This was our 3rd stay in five years and Park Lodge and Mull never let us down...the hotel has recently been refurbished: new carpets throughout, new room furniture and all the ensuites have been renewed too! The breakfast is amazing and sets you up for the day and the staff simply cannot do enough for you to make sure your stay is the best!! Thank you Park Lodge 😁

TOBERMORY TREAT
Hotel was comfortable and our executive room was spacious and well-equipped. Bar and dining room were connected and tables well-spaced. Service could have been a wee bit quicker but staff were friendly.

A great, friendly, family run hotel, helpful & kind staff. Beautiful location. Excellent menu, very helpful with my food intolerances. Nice room, good beds, lashings of hot water. Very peaceful.

No disabled parking and not enough spaces. Had to park across the road at the Scout Hut. Ramp in car park led to steps and was told by reception it's not a disabled hotel which is against the law. The bed was too high and was sagging badly to one side. Partner nearly fell out the bed in the night as it had a big saggy hole on one side of the mattress. Staff were nice and friendly. Food was great.

It's a lovely hotel high on a hill over Tobermory with easy access to walking paths and downtown. The receptionist was very helpful with information and making phone calls about ferry and bus times. The only downside was that two of us waited outside in the pouring rain until the allowed check-in time.

Friendly hotel with good food
Hotel was friendly with a reasonable quality twin room. The hotel was probe to have music playing in the restaurant area which may or may not be to everyone’s liking after a busy day out and about. The food in the restaurant was very nice and well priced

Do not judge' in first impressions. A good hotel
This hotel is surprisingly good. First impressions deceive. We were comfortable, warm and well located. The bar and restaurant also good. Very friendly service

Room had a lovely view & was well equipped. The mattress was a bit soft but that could be our preference to have a harder mattress. The food & service however was excellent
