Cons: Our stay needed renovation - wooden rollup blinds did not work properly, very little privacy due to the blinds and glass windows, wooden sliding doors were off the hinges and did not close properly, many kitchen items were dirty/dusty, TV drawer had DVDs but was also filled with random dusty cables and other items.
Pros: Great location as a midpoint to visit different parts of the island. Plenty of parking with easy check-in and check-out. Laundry area is a plus (though you need to provide your own detergent). Friendly staff.

We enjoyed the location - walk to a beach for sunrise and kayak in the evening on the river. It was an extremely peaceful setting. The room was comfortable and it was fantastic to have a kitchen with a nice size refrigerator. There was even free laundry on premise! Complimentary beach gear and kayak equipment were available. The grounds would have benefited from more watering and love. We look forward to a return visit.
