「I reserved this hotel from June 27–July 5 but had to check out early. On June 29 around 10:30 p.m., I found multiple roaches in my room. I immediately packed my belongings and checked into another hotel. Since the front desk was closed, I returned the next morning with my husband, showed Donna photos and videos of the roaches, and officially checked out. Donna at the front desk apologized, said the property is fumigated every three months, and told us a manager would contact me about the unused...
