"We love the hotel, it is totally clean and new, and have a fantastic design. The staff are very helpful and kind. For long stays and the feel of being at home this place will be the best for families. The hotel place is near to Sigacik Kaleici, and you can find easy transport to the close beaches, but if you wanna discover the place and the beaches around the villages you need a car."

"I liked everything about my stay when it came to the hotel, but I had the receptionist call a taxi for me and he ended up trying to rip me off. This has nothing to do with the hotel or its staff but I wish he had called a better and more honest taxi driver for me. Also there is no ice machine in the hotel , kept having to go down to the restaurant if I wanted ice. "

"This place is excellent. It is quiet, comfortable, extremely clean, give you a sense of exclusivity and privilege. Hotel staff couldn’t be any more helpful and professional. Our room spills into the pool and we had a fantastic breakfast right in front of our room by the pool. The pool is amazing and surrounded by a natural landscaping with olive, palm and banana leaf trees overlooking mountains. The hotel arranged a cab for us to get around which picked us back up from where we were back to the hotel. I can’t recommend this place enough. It was hard to leave and I will be sure to come back again. "

"A gem of a hotel with great views.. loved the shower cubicle with a sea view as you shower.. great feature and forward thinking by the builder.. the staff at reception are to be commanded on their service and attention to detail.. great room with all the amenities that make life that bit comfortable when away.. "Fermaki is a boutique hotel with a very nice atmosphere and restaurant. We had an excellent stay there. What was good: - Interior design of the hotel and rooms - Breakfast ("serpme kahvaltı"): A lot of options, had too much to eat! - View out of the room: Amazing sea view - Sea front with free (public) sea access What could be better: - Our room was a bit on the small side but acceptable for this price range. - Room had very minor issues, like no countertop next to the sink, minibar makes strange noises. - Breakfast starts quite late so we couldn't have one on the day of our flight. "
