"The apartment was very clean. There are 3 floors that gave us sufficient privacy when needed. The kitchen had all the equipments that one would need. The pans were especially nice - finally a place where pans don’t disintegrate The lake shore is super close on foot, and there is a little tabaccheria a few steps down the road with fresh bread and essentials. Malcesine center by bike 15 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay at Loris’ and Adele’s place, they were wonderful hosts, quickly available...

"The property is charmingly unique. Although undoubtedly old, the rooms and furnishings are full of character and amazingly spacious. The balcony view over Lake Garda is fabulous and everchanging. All seven of us could stay there all day. The town is well situated for day trips around the lake and to the Dolomites. And Jeanne was gracious, available, full of information and very personable. It was a one-of-a-kind experience which we really enjoyed even more than the subsequent Italy/Greece...

"We drove up to the apartment and at first it did not show as much, right until we opened the doors to the balcony and the views hit us, we had a great week, pool, tennis, football and just sitting on the balcony looking at the mountains and the lake. Thank you for a great stay"

"We spent a wonderful week at residence delle rose. We really liked the large swimming pool and contemporary surrounding area with sunbeds. The restaurant serves lovely food and is very convenient, as kids can play nearby whilst waiting for the food to arrive. Lovely and helpful staff. The surrounding are is beautiful - close to the lake, but not as busy."

"Our apartment was in the upper part with a huge terrace (shared) and parking spaces nearby. Restaurant and pool are reachable with a short walk (stairs). The village is a bit distant (15 min walk) but the path by the lake is lovely. The interiors are simple but fine, wifi only at the reception."
