「The apartment was very dirty upon arrival. I had to wash all the dishes and silverware before I used them. They asked to clean the dishes but had no dish soap or dish towels. There were no washcloths or body soap. The rugs and toothbrush holder in the bathrooms were filthy. This place needs a major overhaul and cleaning needs to be done. 」
