Second floor has an exterior door to a rear parking lot. Door slammed late into the night and again early in the morning. As they were booked, they could not move us. We checked out 2 days early.

Excellent customer service, the housekeeper was always happy, outgoing and willing to help. There were a couple of guys in the pool drinking their beers with the lights very dim. made our granddaughters feel uncomfortable so we left. No, we didnt report it.
