Pros: comfortable bed, very friendly staff.
Cons: *very* expensive dining options that were just average, unresponsive to requests that a lamp be fixed, had to call multiple times to ask for fresh towels, door to faux balcony didn’t open or close all the way and once they “fixed it,” it wouldn’t open at all. Unannounced “resort fees,” (it’s not a resort), unannounced early check-in fees (where else am I supposed to go when the plane lands? Overall, I found the place annoying. And I’m pretty easy going.
