基本的にはヒルトンなので問題はないのですが、建物が古いためか外窓が一回開けたら締まりませんでした。スタッフの対応は良く普通でした。駐車場代が35ドル取られる(一日)ので無料のところで35ドル高いほうがまだましかも? プールは良かった。ジョンウェイン空港から近かったので歩いて行ける。知らなかったけど多分フリーの送迎もあると思う。

Hotel smelled very clean as you walked in. Check in was fine, however the floor we were on smelled like weed. I did notify the front desk about it. Both days I was there that floor smelled more towards the afternoon. I had to call the front desk because kids were calling my room around 9 almost 10pm and hanging up, that was frustrating. Front desk said to unplug the phone since they didn’t know how to block the line? Not what I expected to hear! Also kids running up and down the hallway! I did end up asking for a late check-out since I couldn’t sleep and they did give me until 1pm which I appreciated.

Pros: comfortable bed, very friendly staff. Cons: *very* expensive dining options that were just average, unresponsive to requests that a lamp be fixed, had to call multiple times to ask for fresh towels, door to faux balcony didn’t open or close all the way and once they “fixed it,” it wouldn’t open at all. Unannounced “resort fees,” (it’s not a resort), unannounced early check-in fees (where else am I supposed to go when the plane lands? Overall, I found the place annoying. And I’m pretty easy going.

There were hidden charges and parking fee was expensive. Garbage cans were too small. Smelly lobby area (like someone who’s covered with sweats and doesn’t take bath for days!). Overall, we’re not happy with our stay. I wish I knew these before I booked.

Nice stay
Great place to stay. We had an early morning flight and the hotel is right across the street from John Wayne Airport. The shuttle was great and the hotel was very nice.

Overall it was a really stay and very high quality. You can't beat the close proximity to John Wayne Airport and the free shuttle service. The only downside for me was the body lotion dispenser in the bathroom was empty and the neighboring guests doors would slam shut and wake me up.
