「このホテルを選んだ理由はRe Mauriで夕食を食べるためだった。そしてRe Mauriでの夕食は眺め、対応、サービス、味、全てが素晴らしかった。そして食事の最後に同じ日本人の女性料理人の方が私達のテーブルに挨拶に来てくれた。彼女の笑顔、ふるまいの素晴らしさに同席した5人全員が感動した。味を含めて素晴らしい夕食だった。」
