The property was quite old and not well maintained But it was very clean and and a wonderful balcony overlooking the harbour Minus point no hot water but they let us use a modern shower in another room The man and lady in reception were lovely people

Drain in the bathroom was blocked and flooded the bathroom. Air conditioning did not work and when it did it leaked all over the bed. Wifi is very poor and service is bad.

Not worth the price.

Definitely not worth the price. Room is very basic with air conditioning and a small fridge . There was no shower curtains so bathroom was flooded after use. The only thing that made the price worth it was the view from our balcony! Staff were okay- there wasn’t must contact with them. It’s very close to the port which also made it convenient.

Overpriced for what it is ! I have nothing against the owner, I should of checked the reviews before booking. The fault is mine! No wifi , no hot water , no soap , and the smell . It’s a shame .

The property is in a bad state of repair. We needed somewhere to sleep as our ferry had been cancelled. The hotel hadn’t seen any renovation for many years and needs a lot doing to it, the door handle was falling off, the wooden door frame was rotten and the balcony furniture was very weathered and rotten at the bottom. There was also a terrible smell.

Vi boede to nætter på dette charmerende lille hotel, og det var en autentisk og mindeværdig oplevelse. Det var desværre ikke helt nemt at finde frem, da vejvisningen fra Hotels.com ikke var korrekt – men billederne viste til gengæld den rigtige lokation, og beliggenheden var helt fantastisk: Centralt i byen med skøn udsigt. Hotellet har masser af sjæl, og værten – en ældre, meget venlig herre – taler kun lidt engelsk, hvilket blot gjorde oplevelsen endnu mere lokal og ægte. Værelserne er enkle og ret slidte, og det samme gælder badeværelset og interiøret. Til gengæld opvejer stedets charme og placering i den grad for det. Hvis du er til unikke og autentiske ophold frem for luksus og moderne faciliteter, kan jeg varmt anbefale dette hotel. Med lidt modernisering kunne det blive en perle – men selv som det er nu, ville jeg bestemt komme igen.

Excellent séjour

Hôtel un peu vétuste, il n'y a pas beaucoup de pression dans la douche. Mais la clim fonctionne bien et le terrasse est fantastique. L'hôtel est très bien placé et calme.

A parte il personale estremamente gentile e disponibile, purtroppo l’hotel è di livello molto basso. La posizione è ottima: fronte porto, molto comoda da raggiungere e vicino ad ogni tipo di servizio. Le stanze però sono con mobili molto vecchi, i materassi, anche loro vecchi, sono molto scomodi e non permettono un buon riposo. Non lo consiglio a coppie o famiglie, ma piuttosto a ragazzi vent’enni. Purtroppo anche il prezzo risulta abbastanza alto in confronto a ciò che viene offerto.

Очень понравился отель! Оказался самым лучшим в нашем путешествии ) Особенно сыну понравился бассейн! Отель построен в кикладском стиле, две спальни (по двухспальной кровате), с винтовой лестницей, кухня, санузел. В отеле и номере чисто. Персонал доброжелательный. Пляж, кафе, магазинчики - все рядом, в шаговой доступности ) Отличный вариант для отдыха! Очень сожалеем, что не заказали больше суток в этом отеле, но все все дни уже расписаны и ничего нельзя отменить.

Llegamos fuera del horario de recepción. Pero a pesar de que avisamos de la demora, cuando llegamos al hotel no había nadie. Tuvimos que pasar la primera noche en un sofá. A eso hay que añadir que la habitación dejaba bastante que desear: sucia y en mal estado. Un verdadero desastre.

Schreckliches Hotel jedoch in guter Lage

Wir hatten dieses Hotel etwas überstürzt gebucht und die vielen sehr schlechten Bewertungen erst später gesehen. Der Preis war vollkommen überhöht für den Zustand des Hotels. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hafen und alles was man braucht ist vor der Türe. Tolle Bäkerei einige Häuser weiter. Das Hotel wurde wahrscheinlich in den 50ern gebaut und seitdem wurde nichts mehr erneuert bzw. renoviert. Die Möbel riechen muffig, würde empfehlen den Schrank nicht zu öffnen. Das Bad ist total basic, keine Duschabtrennung somit steht es immer unter Wasser. Wasser in der Dusche nur kalt und am Waschbecken brühheiß. Der Besitzer ist wohl mit seinem Hotel in die Jahre gekommen macht alles selbst, meist sitzt er allerdings vor seinem Hotel. Türen und Fenster zerfallen. Die Bettwäsche war sauber -wahrscheinlich aber schon zum xxxx mal gewaschen was man am Grauschleier sah. Im 2. Stock war es unerträglich heiß. Die Lage wäre super, der Rest leider nicht. IOS ist eine tolle Insel, schade dass das Hotel so schlecht war. Wenn ich 1/3 vom Preis bezahlt hätte, wäre der Zustand akzeptabel gewesen. Ich denke man kann das als Abzocke bezeichnen, von Preis/Leistung kann hier nicht gesprochen werden. Ich frage mich warum Expedia dieses Hotel zu so überhöhten Preisen überhaupt anbietet.

Buona posizione ma alcune cose da rivedere

L hotel è situato di fronte al porto e ciò rende gli spostamenti tra traghetto-hotel facilitati . Purtroppo la camera viene pulita su richiesta esplicita, noi dopo il 4 giorni ci hanno pulito i pavimenti è rifatto i letti (senza cambiare le lenzuola ne asciugamani). L altro punto negativo sono L assenza di aria condizionata e i balconi comunicanti con gli altri ospiti e per ciò dormire con le finestre aperte diventa un po' una preoccupazione ma di fatto obbligatorio di fronte al grande caldo estivo. Il personale è gentile ma la reception non è sempre presidiata , al nostro arrivo abbiamo chiamato 5 volte L hotel per capire dove si trovava ma non abbiamo ricevuto risposta( la posizione su google maps è errata)
