People in the hotel are very nice friendly and accommodating I had a wonderful time. Hotel is very very clean I very recommend at stay at that hotel. important to know. The hotel is ten minutes away from the city center so you must have a vehicle.

Real gem. Oasis.

I had to use this place as a base whilst my wife was in the nearby hospital. The staff here could not be more helpful. The rooms are large, modern and clean. Great shower. The pool area is fantastic, you could easily spend all day and evening by the pool. The fittings, furniture etc are top notch with no sign of wear and tear. The continental breakfast was sufficient for my needs. 3 choices of cereal, 2 cooked meats,2 cheeses, pastries, OJ and teas and coffees. I have not stayed at anywhere else in Greece so have nothing to compare in Greece, but the quality was excellent. As a 51 year old I’ve seen alot of hotels and cruise ships. This was excellent. The manageress ordered a taxi for me each day. Never more than 5 minutes away. Trip to hospital around 6 euro. Taxi to centre of town around 8 euro. They recommended a superb restaurant in town. (Balsamico) lots of locals, cheap local food 22 euros for 3 plates of food, a coke and 500ml of house wine +++ clean, luxurious, grateful, helpful staff, english spoken by key staff, amongst the best pool areas I have ever seen, good food, close to hospital. Superb value for money. - about 5km from town centre but taxis overcome that.

Nice, new and clean property. Big rooms which are well furnished. A swimming pool is in construction which will be an additional advantage. A bit away from town but the owners send us detailed instructions how to find the hotel. Ioanina town is several kilometers away, but you will definitely need a car to reach it. The town itself is lovely, full of life. Many young people, nice lake and walking street around the castle.

Αριστο, το συστηνω !!

Μειναμε για 1 βραδυ στο δρομο μας για Θεσσαλονικη. Βρισκεται περιπου 6 χλμ μακρια απο τα Γιαννενα σε ησυχη περιοχη. Ειναι κατασκευασμενο με τη μορφη διαμερισματων και οι χωροι ειναι πολυ μεγαλοι. Η υποδοχη ηταν πολυ φιλοξενη , μας εδωσαν χαρτη και συστασεις που να φαμε το βραδυ και πραγματικα μας εστειλαν στα καλυτερα που μονοι μας δεν θα τα βρισκαμε. Επειδη βρισκονται σε εργασιες επεκτασης πρεπει να δουν λιγο το θεμα με την παροχη νερου γιατι οταν σε διπλανο διαμερισμα ανοιγει το ζεστο νερο, κρυωνει αποτομα στο δικο μας. Οταν παω ξανα στα Γιαννενα θα το προτιμησω.

Unexpected surprise

Traveling in northern Greece, needed a hotel for the night and used hotels.com to locate this Hidden Gem in Ioannina. was great and very professionally and kindly. Room exceeded my expectations, clean, cool and all the amenities I needed. I would definitely recommend for those looking to stay just a few minutes outside of the city center.

Lovely, modern hotel with friendly staff

The hotel exceeded all our expectations. The rooms were large and the bathrooms were very modern. Best shower I've had in Greece. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend it!
