「The whole mountain resort, amenities, and activities are absolutely amazing. The property itself met our needs and was equipped sufficiently. 「due to the 2 bottles each of shampoo and liquid soaps we took with us as we thought it was just shampoos and liquid soaps, we took it because we like the smell. I was wondering why it will be deducted as the shampoos and liquids soaps were not even on a special dispenser, they were made of plastic. it was an honest mistake on our part. Also, it was not mentioned in the paperworks/instruction. I am so disappointed about this.」
