"The inside of the rooms looked better than the outside. Parts of the room were dirty, such as the bathroom door and random hair here and there. Our room only had conditioner, no shampoo or body wash. We only stayed 2 quick nights and hardly was in the room, otherwise I would have said something. Just surprised is all. However, I'm upset because I was charged twice. Once through Expedia, where I booked for $138.28. When they asked for my card in person, they mentioned the security hold which is understandable and still pending on my account. But I was also charged for $88.59 I would appreciate a follow up."

"This place is perfect. Especially for a Rangers game. The old Rangers ballpark is my favorite and I love the high rise view you get of it, from the floor to ceiling windows. Everything you could need is a few steps from the hotel lobby, bars, restaurants etc. but you would never tell with how quiet the rooms are. I was also a huge fan on the staff. Super friendly. I love this place."
