Noisy situation
Room was assigned to stairs. Hotel is old and there was no shield from noise upper room walking and stair use. It distracted the calm in my room

インターラーケンの中心部近くに位置しており，周囲にはレストランが多いので，食事には便利です。 他方，この地方の観光の中心となるインターラーケン・オスト駅（東駅）からは，徒歩15分強と離れており，やや不便です（西駅は近いですが，西駅から東駅に乗るのは時間効率が悪いです）。 室内の設備は普通です。朝食はパン数種類，ベーコン，タマゴ，ハム・チーズ・フルーツといった感じでソコソコでした。 ページ上は，無料のパーキングがあるとされていますが，実際にはまず利用できず（数が少ないため，大型バス程度しか利用できない模様），近所の有料パーキングに停めることになります。 ホテル自体は可もなく不可もなく程度で，ビジネスなら良いと思いますが，観光するにはもう少し東のホテルが良いので，予算を押さえたい時に使うという感じでしょうか・・・。

アクセスの良いホテル
インターラーケン西駅から近く街の中心部でレストランやスーパー等どこに行くにも便利です。以前も何度か宿泊しています。いつもなら2階の南側が朝食バイキングの場所でメニューも豊富でしたが、今回は１階のレストランスペースでメニューは以前ほどは充実していませんでした。

暑がりの私にとってこの価格ならエアコン、フリーの冷蔵庫が出来れば欲しい。2h泊目の夜は近くで騒ぎがあり窓を閉めていてもうるさかった

場所は完璧！
部屋が少し狭くクーラーもなかかったので少し辛かったが、スタッフの対応もよく、朝食をボックスで準備してもらったのだがとても美味しく良かった。場所も本当に便利で良かった。

ホテルの部屋は綺麗でモダンでした。またチェックイン時間の２時間前に到着しましたが部屋を用意してもらえました。ただアメニティは何もありません。ちょっとコストパフォマンスは悪いかなと思いました。

非常に快適なホテルです
非常にきれいで文句ないレベルです。 スタッフもフレンドリーでとてもいい感じです。 ホテル内にあるレストランも非常においしくお勧めできます。 インターラーケンではおすすめのホテルです。

良いホテルだが客層が・・・
客室数の多い中級ホテル。しかしながらスイスなので宿泊料は高い。(オフシーズンで１泊130CHFを超える) 部屋：Singleで泊まったが狭くも無く、清潔。冷蔵庫はないがロビーに製氷機あり。（欧州では珍しい） Tifal有り(紅茶とインスタントコーヒー付） 朝食：６時半開始。スクランブルエッグとソーセージ、ベーコンのHot mealあり。 net：ロビーにて無料Wifi利用可。部屋では有料。 中級ホテルとしては設備、食事、サービスに問題なし。 しかしながら某Ｃ国の団体さん御用達のようで、この日も２組の宿泊あり。日本とは異なり彼らは１団体の人数が多いので、チェックインでもフロントを３０分以上占有し、大変困った。２２時頃までロビーにて大騒ぎで閉口した。（こちらはnet中）　朝食会場は団体と個人客で分けられていて良かったが、料理が同じ場所なので彼らの中に割り込むのが大変だった。 個人客はやはり客数の少ないホテルが良いと改めて認識した。

Horror Hotel!!!
Es war einfach nur HORROR!!!! Mein Partner und ich wollten ein schönes Geburtstagswochenende verbringen! Als Ich das Zimmer sah, dachte ich, dass ich mich verlaufen habe!!! Matratze hatte alte Urinflecken und allgemein war alles verwahrlost. Wir wollten ein neues Zimmer und bekamen auch eins. Der Supergau!!! Wir suchten ein neues Hotel auf, dass traumhaft war und erst noch günstig. Jede Jugendherberge is luxuriöser

During vacation, one is supposed to wake up leisurely in the morning to a nice, quiet surroundings. However, there was major renovation going on and we were woken up to the noise of drilling and electric saws, not good. Secondly, because of this renovation,we were put up in an adjacent building, not the main one shown in the photos. The secondary building is not as pleasant as the main one, not much light falling into the room. During booking of this property on expedia, there was no information on this renovation, the reason is obvious but that does not mean the customers should get cheated.

More like a dorm than a hotel
This hotel is currently under renovations, so I am sure the new hotel rooms will be nicer. However, our hotel room was very minimal and looked more like a college dorm than a highly-rated hotel. There was no way to control the temperature of the room, the bed was uncomfortable, and the shower head was broken. Overall, this hotel was disappointing.

Da aufgrund Umbaus des Hotels eine Baustelle, sehr schlecht beschriftet! zB den Saal für das Frühstück zu finden ist sehr schwierig. Weiters sind die Preise für die mit der Baustelle in zusammenhang stehende Sauberkeit und Ordnung eher überhöht.

When arrived - the staff (she is about 45-50 year old) who checked me in was NOT friendly at all. She thought she was doing me a favor. Room was clean with a nice balcony.

The location in town was great. The room felt more like a hostel than a hotel. It looked NOTHING like the pictures online. Bed was comfortable, but I got little sleep. I had to wake up early and the DJ at the hotel bar played loud music that kept me up till 1:00. Definitely would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone other than someone who plans to be out at the bar.

The room was very hot and had no air conditioner. In fact they said I did not book an air conditioned room. I did not know they had 2 kinds!! They switched me to a different room but gave me a twin bed with a horrible thin pillow. I had to bundle up a sweater and jacket which I used for a pillow. They have a breakfast buffet available for which they charge. Being on the main street is noisy since the door had to be open all night to cool. People walking outside were loud and talked late into the night, preventing sleep.

Central location in Interlaken, easy walk from the train station, on bus route & close to Coop market & many restaurants & shops. Top floor room provided a nice viewpoint over the town & valley.

Was worried, but it was an awesome stay
This hotel is in a great location. I was a bit worried at first, but from check in to check out, it was a great experience. I highly enjoyed staying at this property and the staff was very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised how wonderful this property actually is.

Zweckmässig aber nicht top
Zweckmässiges kleines Zimmer mit Dachschräge im 4. Stock der Residence. Frühstück zweckmässig aber nur im „Wintergarten“ empfehlenswert. Den Horden Chinesen beim Buffet aus den Weg gehen, d.h. früher als die Chinesen frühstücken;-) Empfang na ja, beim checkout war es zuviel zu fragen wie es war und uns einen schönen Tag zu wünschen.

My girlfriend and I only stayed one night and it was very pleasant. The staff was also nice and helpful. Our room was big and clean. Our bed was also quite comfortable. Although we had a balcony, we would have loved to have a small fridge in our room. Apart from that we recommend City Oberland Swiss Quality Hotel.

Comfortable, quite room with a nice view of the mountains and an updated bathroom. Located in central Interlaken close to Interlaken West train station, several shops and restaurants, and a nice bakery around the corner.
