The first bedroom measures 14 m2 and is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with its own exit to a balcony. The second bedroom measures 15 m2 and features 2 French beds, each measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with access to a balcony. The large kitchen spans 10 m2 and is fully equipped. The apartment includes a bath with WC and a separate shower with WC, providing 2 bathrooms in total.
