"Excellent hotel in the heart of the riverfront district. The hotel is perfect and the neighborhood is wonderful. Downtown Chattanooga is clean and safe. There are families of visitors everywhere.

"Justin was very communicative and the listing was described perfectly. Pictures were accurate and the hone was clean. The private entrance was a plus as we arrived late, so it allowed us not to disturb the host. Would certainly stay again if we ever return to Chattanooga. "

"Location is close enough to be able to drive to downtown Chattanooga within just a few minutes, but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with as much noise or parking nightmare. As a family of seven, getting accommodations at a hotel is usually a logistical and financial nightmare. This place was perfect for us! House had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Owner was quick to respond to questions and communicated very well. Highly recommended "

"Bad neighborhood, felt unsafe staying there. I would not recommend this property. Not sure it had been cleaned after the previous guest. Beer bottles in the yard. Counter tops had glass rings on all counter tops and bedside tables. Bathroom's about out of toilet paper. "
