Everything was great! Would highly recommend staying here. It’s also in a very convenient location. Sauna is very nice. The staff is extremely helpful and massive kudos to the lady who was managing the night shift on her own.

Absolutely lovely stay at Altstadthotel in Innsbruck. Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at for customer service, the staff were absolutely fantastic and made the stay a joy. There was some street noise in night so I'd probably recommend a room towards the back of the hotel if you can but ...
