    Well-maintained and spacious semi-detached house with a tiled stove, winter garden, patio and double garage. On three floors you will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an inviting open living and dining area with a connected winter garden. The patio with a fixed grill and fire pit call you to linger around the campfire in the evening. Two bathtubs and a spacious snail shower invite you to relax after a long day. The food supply is secured with two supermarkets, a drinks market, bakeries, butchers and three restaurants all around. You can arrive by car, motorcycle or train (train station approx. 10 minutes' walk away). Numerous excursion destinations and events around Burgheim or in the region are available for every weather and taste. Whether our nearby swimming lake, the castle festival in Neuburg on the Danube or a quarters for a visit to the Oktoberfest, the Audi Museum in historic Ingolstadt, the Fugger city of Augsburg - everything can be reached in less than an hour. From our holiday home you have very good transport links via train or the B16 to the A9 or A8.

    Amazing house
    We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless upon our arrival and was decorated with a personal note in every room. I have never stayed at a property where the host put that much effort in to make their guests feel welcome. It was truly amazing. One of a kind!! Highly recommend

    Bereits im Vorfeld der Reise gab es nette Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Vor Ort war das Haus vollgepackt mit Herzlichkeit in jeder Ecke. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen und man konnte sich sofort wohlfühlen und den Urlaubgenießen. Die Sauna war fabelhaft und auch sonst von uns volle Punktzahl.

    Sehr schön Haus mit einem Service den man selten bekommt.
    Wir sind nach Ostern für leider nur drei Tage nach Burgheim gereist. Das Haus ist groß, hell und modern eingerichtet. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen, der Vermieter hat für alles gesorgt, auch für viele Sachen die nicht selbstverständlich sind. Rundum schöner Kurzurlaub klare 5 Sterne und gerne wieder.Sehr zu empfehlen.

    Familienurlaub an der Donau
    Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön, es fehlte wirklich an nichts, auch die Lage war sehr erholsam. Der Kontakt mit Familie Klein war sehr nett. Es gab viele kleine Extras, die für ein Ferienhaus nicht selbstverständlich sind. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.
