Not only is the private backyard fully fenced, there`s a 5 hole putting green, large heated swimming pool, BBQ for you to grill with and plenty of outdoor furniture. This 3 bedroom and 2 and 1/2 bath home is thoughtfully decorated with you in mind with chic and bohemian vibes. A newly remodeled spacious kitchen is fully stocked with your basic kitchen amenities, new stainless steel appliances and has a gas stove. You can relax by the fireplace with a glass of wine, cozy up on the couch while watching your favorite show, or play a game of Pool. In the Master bedroom you`ll notice there`s a dedicated work space if you ever need to work remotely, an en suite bathroom and sliding glass door that goes into a private patio. All three bedrooms and the living room have Smart TVs and there is strong WIFI throughout the house and yard. If you`re looking for a family oriented getaway this is the place for you, with the home being in a safe community with abundant entertainment and amenities!

Guests have full access to the 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath home, 2 car garage with washer and dryer, privately fenced in backyard with a heated pool and 5 hole putting green.

Home is conveniently a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Also nearby is the Empire Polo Grounds that host the Coachella and Stagecoach festivals. For entertainment you`re close by to Fantasy Springs Casino and
Agua Caliente Casino. Home is located next to these attractions, Palm Springs, Old Town La Quinta, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Joshua Tree National Park and El Paseo.

Vehicle transportation is recommended.
Uber, Lyfts and Taxis are more than welcome.

Guests have full access to the driveway and garage for parking.

Landscape is done every Thursday on the front yard only

Pool maintenance is Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Quiet hours are 10pm-8 am.

Please do not touch the pool equipment and contact your host if you`d like the pool on or if you`d like the temperature adjusted.

There will be a $75 daily pool heating fee.

If there are any water balloons thrown in the back or front of the yard there will be a $100 fee for clean up.

By accepting this rental through Airbnb, you are agreeing to be responsible for supervising and assuring safe use of pool and spa for your guests. You are releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.

You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool and Spa involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area. Because the pool is an outdoor pool, no credits will be given if it becomes dirty. However, we can send our pool tech over for an additional clean if necessary.
