Whether you are wanting a relaxed gateway or fun filled one, we got that covered. From crystal clear private pool, to your own half basketball court, to pickleball court and volleyball gear and nets provided, to yoga mats, badminton, game room and so much more. We are here to help you create the vacation you desire.

Please Note: Pickleball court is practice size, not regulation size. All fines or penalties incurred during your stay are the sole responsibility of the guest.

PETS:
We are pet-friendly! A $100 non-refundable fee applies for the first pet, and a $75 non-refundable fee for a second pet. These fees will be collected after booking is completed.
Pet owners are responsible for ensuring their pets are well-behaved, properly supervised, and kept sanitary at all times. Pets should not be left unattended for extended periods, must be kept off furniture and beds unless covered by the owner, and any pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances will be charged accordingly. We kindly ask that all bathroom breaks be taken outside of the property whenever possible and that owners promptly clean up after their pets to help keep the home clean and enjoyable for all guests.

This vacation rental provides certain amenities and items for guest convenience and enjoyment, which may include—but are not limited to—kitchen supplies such as cooking oils, spices, cookware, utensils, appliances, and food items; recreational and fitness equipment; pool toys and flotation devices; sports courts and related equipment; children’s toys and games; yoga mats; and other household or leisure items (“Amenities”).
All Amenities are provided as-is and for optional use only. By booking and occupying the property, Guest voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use or non-use of any Amenities and with Guest’s occupancy of the property, including risks that are open and obvious or that may arise from ordinary or negligent acts to the fullest extent permitted under California law.
Guest agrees to exercise reasonable care at all times and to properly supervise minors and other individuals in Guest’s party.

Some kitchen or pantry items may be left for guest convenience. Owner and Host do not guarantee the freshness, labeling, suitability, or allergen-free status of any consumable items.
Guest is solely responsible for reviewing ingredients, avoiding allergens, and determining whether any consumables are safe for use. Owner, Host, and their agents make no representations regarding food safety or dietary compatibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Guest agrees to release, waive, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the property owner, host, property manager, marketing agencies, listing platforms, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and vendors from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, liabilities, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I acknowledge that by using the pool I have read this Waiver & Release and that I understand the words and language in it.
