Great Apartment in Indy

The apartment was really nice and clean, and the building felt very safe. Looked just like the pictures and was very comfortable. Host left tons of good amenities for guests and was very clear with check-in and check-out instructions. Amazing stay for a great price point!

Good place for one night stop over on long trip

Rental is extremely clean. The directions were good for finding key. Sadly the pool was closed when I got in from driving all day and there was no information available on pool hours. Host provided information on recommended restaurants. Note: use of Glade PlugIns if you are fragrance sensitive.

Sports Weekend

Walking distance to IU sports campus. Building under new management and undergoing some renovation work. Residents are very nice. Dog park on 5th could use better owner poop patrol, but was great for the 3am pee session. Quiet hallways. Vegan cafe on main floor and Vegan burgers along canal.

Nice location on the canal

We enjoyed staying at this apartment on the canal during our week-long visit in Indianapolis. The space was clean and had a full kitchen. The check-in process was easy and it was also not too far from a Kroger for grocery shopping. The biggest disappointment was the fact that the rooftop pool was drained and closed during our entire stay, despite it being the middle of July. The pool was a huge selling point and we were looking forward to enjoying it while we were there. The dryer also stopped working after the first load and the property manager was unable to fix it before we left. We had to wash and dry our laundry at another location. Other than those problems, we had a positive stay at this apartment.

Extra cost

Our stay was rather nice as far as cleanliness goes however, due to the pool being down for construction that we were not made aware of prior to our stay, promises I had made to my children to swim were interrupted and we had to find other ways to make our annual family vacation everything we’d all expected. I spent an additional $150 to take my family on excursions that we didn’t anticipate on doing or spending. We did not have a balcony either so there was definitely a feeling of vertigo without any fresh air. Furniture was broken and or didn’t provide light.

Other reviews made it seem like getting in the place was going to be extremely difficult, which was not the case! Getting into the parking deck and finding the room was super simple. The apartment was clean and perfect for really just needing a place to sleep and get cleaned up. Everything was as described and I would for sure stay here again if I was ever back in Indy.

The place was clean to the eye but I killed about 5 roaches while there, 3 were in bathroom! Left Sunday morning an stayed elsewhere had enough of roaches.... I'd advise a service to get rid of em!!!
