Nestled along the scenic White River in north Indianapolis, Riverbend is perfect for short-term or extended stays. Our fully-furnished apartments feature full kitchens, in-unit laundry, fast WiFi, and spacious closets designed for comfort and convenience. Dive into a resort-style stay with pools, a golf simulator, a yoga studio, and six tennis courts with pickleball lines.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.

Positives & Negatives

Positive: -Beautiful nature path along the white river behind property with good fishing. -Nice TV's-interior of home was nicely furnished. -great kitchen potts and pans. -Appliances worked well.- AC would get the place real cold which was nice. Negative:- Poor communication on property amenities. Could not gain access to the pool or fitness center until we received a response on day 3. - door access code stopped working on day 2 and we were locked out of the home for a few hours. - lots of insects in the house, pincher bugs on the floors and spiders around furniture. - Controller for living room tv was missing. Had to download google tv app to control the TV. - they require your car information to avoid being towed. I couldn't get a confirmation they had received my info to register my car. Just added some stress to parking every evening.
