Perfect for short-term or extended stays, our fully-furnished apartments feature spacious layouts, full kitchens, high-speed WiFi, in-unit laundry, and private balconies or patios. Outside your door, enjoy two resort-style pools, a basketball court, scenic lakeside trails, and a dog park oasis complete with an indoor pet wash.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.

Not to our standards/ but property management took care of it immediately.

When we checked into the property. It was very nice and had just been remodeled. Only problem was maintenance had left some issues unrepaired and those issues caused concerns for us. Alex was very easy to work with and solve the issues very quickly.

Quick Stay

Overall the experience was positive. The apartment itself is newly remodeled and equipped with all the basics. Parking was plentiful and general location is decent.A few problematic areas :-The shower valve would not fully engage or flow to the shower head; the water in the tub while running the shower backed up quite significantly. -Upon entering the building there is an overwhelming smell of marijuana in the hallway which filters into the apartment.
