Welcome to Delaware Loft! We are so excited to have you! Our luxury home is modern, spacious and filled with light, perfect for short or long getaways. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and great for a stroll. Your home away from home is on the 2nd and 3rd floors with a private entrance along with parking in the garage. Be sure to enjoy the rooftop deck with excellent views of downtown, lounge on the patio in the backyard or be downtown in mins. We simply want you to enjoy yourself and relax.
Our property:
Our home has 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths with plenty of room for hanging out. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed as well as its own bathroom, walk-in closet, two-person shower, and jacuzzi tub. Don't forget to relax out on the deck, just outside the sliding glass doors. From this deck, you'll have access to the roof-top deck. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a desk for your work needs, and a walk-in closet. Both bedrooms have their own TV (with Netflix), and a safe in the walk-in closet to store any valuables. We also provide fresh linens, towels, and toiletries for your stay with us.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with the basics, and you are free to use any of the utensils/spaces as you please. It comes with all the standard equipment, such as a stovetop, full oven, microwave, toaster, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. We also have a wine cooler and an ice machine. For your convenience, we also provide a variety of spices plus olive oil for your cooking needs. Enjoy your coffee or tea (included) from the Keurig, blend up a smoothie for a pick-me-up after a stroll on the Monon Trail (a walkway spanning over 27 miles from Mass Ave. up to Carmel), or grab one of the granola bars or muffins (included) for a quick breakfast. Sit back with the family at the dinner table and talk about the memories you will make today.
The living room is spacious with plenty of seating and a TV with Netflix, so relax while watching a movie and eating popcorn, or sit in the window on the cushioned seats while reading a book or watching the cars go by.
In between the two bedrooms is the laundry room. Feel free to use the washer and dryer while staying in our little piece of heaven, whether you're here for 2 days or 30. The detergent and dryer sheets are always available to you while you stay with us. There is also an ironing board, iron, and a drying rack available. If needed, there is a queen-sized air mattress located in the cabinets behind the laundry room door.
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire 2nd and 3rd floors, including the patio, 2nd floor deck, roof-top deck, and the 2-car garage , ensuring a level of privacy and comfort. Our property is equipped with a keypad for the garage as well as the home for easy self-check-in. Free parking is available on the premises, which include 2 spaces in the garage, 2 spaces in the driveway, plus free parking out front on the street, first-come-first-serve. There is no entry to the front of the building, so if you park in front, you will have to walk around to the back and enter through the garage or side yard.
