I enjoyed staying at Koko hotel Hiroshima. It was in a super convenient spot, close to the station and walking distance from historical sites, parks and restaurants. Staff were polite, friendly and were able to speak some English when my Japanese wasn’t good enough. The only thing I would suggest would be a bigger pillow. And maybe an extra one too. It’s possible that one was available but I didn’t ask. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel. Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Japan. They have cool features associated with their hotel keys. For example, you scan your key in the elevator and it takes you directly to your floor.

The rooms are small which is to be expected, but they are clean, comfortable, affordable, and have bathrooms with deep tubs. An excellent hotel! I would stay here again!

Good location but important issue with the room

The hotel location was great, close to Hiroshima Station and fairly close to major sites. The price was also fair. Although the room was clean, there was an horrible smell of mold in the room, likely coming from the bathroom. It was impossible to get rid of it. It smelled so strong it caught in your throat. Unless this is adressed, we could not recommand a stay in this hotel.

広島駅、広電稲荷町の間に位置し、どちらからも便利。部屋は新しく清潔、TV冷蔵庫の他、アメニティも一通り揃っているので助かりました（最近アメニティがまるでないビジネスホテルもあるので） 2泊だったので掃除不要と出しておきましたが、何も言わなくてもタオルがドアに掛けてあったのはとても良かったです！

市電の駅から近く広島駅にも歩けます。立地は問題なし。コンビニも近くにあります。部屋は綺麗で必要なものは全部揃っていてスマホの充電器も備え付けでありました。 ドライヤーの温風が弱く乾かすのが大変です。持参をお勧めします。シャンプー、トリートメントはごわつくので、持参をお勧めします。

Das Zimmer war für mich als Alleinreisende ausreichend. Zu zweit wäre es sehr eng geworden. Sonst war alles sehr sauber & ruhig. Leider sind nicht alle Mitarbeiter freundlich zu Ausländern. So wurde ich bei der Gepäckabgabe bewusst von allen drei weiblichen Mitarbeiterinnen ignoriert. Sehr schade!
