✔ Proximity to Train Tracks – Our home is centrally located and near train tracks. While this adds to the urban experience, it may not be ideal for light sleepers or those sensitive to noise.
✔ Two Separate Units – This listing includes BOTH sides of the duplex. Please note, there is no interior access between the two sides; each has its own separate front entrance.
✔ Furniture Policy – To maintain the home’s condition, we kindly ask that no furniture be moved. A $100 minimum fee will be charged if any furniture has been relocated.
✔ Propane Use & Refill – We strive to keep propane tanks full for your convenience. However, if a tank is empty, we kindly ask guests to refill it at the nearest gas station, and we will fully reimburse you for the cost.
✔ Hot Tub Care – If using the hot tub, please secure the cover when finished to maintain its temperature and cleanliness.
✔ Regular Maintenance – Our jacuzzi technician services the hot tub every Monday morning to ensure it remains in top condition for your stay.
