This is an absolutely PERFECT property. Although not a huge home, it has so much space for everyone. Two patio areas, the cleanest pool and spa, large kitchen area with every thing you could need. A very simple non complicated home, in a wonderful area, close to everything. You will feel at home the moment you walk in.

Wonderful home away from home

This house is beautiful. Kitchen is well stocked, and it’s nice to have soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 kids. We will definitely be back.

We had an incredible stay and can’t recommend this property enough. The host (Stephen) was exceptionally courteous and attentive, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish. The home itself is stunning and modern, spacious, bright, and impeccably clean with a clear focus on comfort and entertainment.The outdoor space is truly a highlight, featuring a gorgeous pool, a patio with TVs, a grill, and a relaxing jacuzzi—perfect for both daytime lounging and evening gatherings. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, making it easy to cook like a chef and enjoy memorable meals with family.The location strikes the perfect balance—peaceful and removed from the downtown hustle, yet close enough to head out for a fun evening. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the two-car garage with EV/hybrid charging was a great bonus. Overall, this is a true high-end luxury getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect 10!

Having rented vacation homes in the Palm Springs area for 20+ years, this home is positively in the top 1%. The balance between minimalistic but lacking nothing is truly an art and these owners have it mastered. Our 3 generation group of 5 could not have been more comfortable during our annual holiday stay in the desert. Hoping to return next year!

Birthday Celebration

The house was actually better than the pictures!! We had 3 couples and the floor plan allowed each couple a separate bedroom and bathroom. The main great room was perfect for getting together and playing games. Overall it was a really fun weekend and the house exceeded expectations!!!

Great space! Well maintained and appointed.

Enjoyed time with grandkids and adult kids. Only negative is pool isn’t heated but it’s a community pool so owner doesn’t control. Otherwise 5 stars!

Great place

Great location, nice and clean inside. Well stocked and high end appliances. Comfortable beds. Unfortunately outdoor furniture/area was very dirty so didn't use. Wish master had door on bathroom. Small items we wish they had, napkins and tissues and collander/strainer. We enjoyed our time in the house, very comfortable.

Beautiful and Comfortable Home

The home was an open concept design with a large kitchen family room gathering area. It was beautifully furnished and created a great space for our family to gather for the NYE holiday. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The layout of the bedrooms was really nice and having the extra half bathroom was perfect.

Weekend Stay with Friends

We stayed at this property with friends while we were in town for a wedding and were very impressed. The rental is exactly as described and communication with the host was excellent throughout the process. We would highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a rental in Indian Wells.
