The staff was friendly the whole time we were there. Disappointed in the property itself it has an old worn feeling to it. They need to do some renovations it looks tired!!! New paint and bathroom doors would help. Our room was in desperate need of some TLC

Best Western Plus Otonabee Inn
We stayed here last Saturday night before attending a funeral in town on Sunday. We have stayed here before and it was lovely so this review doesn't reflect on the hotel BUT, in the room next to us was a few construction workers who partied with the door open until 4 am. probably about 6-10 males ...
