「The casino is clean and enjoyable. The hotel staff were friendly, but only two stations open and several people trying to check in.」

「We checked in late due to being at a Red Rocks concert. Although we made note of this on reservation, the hotel gave away our room. We reserved two queens…and they gave us a king with a roll away bed. It took 40 minutes to check in..and when we checked out… there was also a long line. Staff was NOT friendly. Still love the hotel…and have stayed a few times in the past.. with no issue. Obviously lack of trained employees is an issue.」

「Hotel is pretty rundown. Beds and pillows need a major upgrade. Breakfast was one of the worst we've experienced. Staff was friendly, but overall probably wouldn't stay here again.」

「Both the outdoor pool and hot tub were not working. We specifically chose this hotel for the outdoor pool. They didn't even have lounge chairs outside to sit on. Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days which is fine but they only give you towels for 1 day. We needed to go to the front desk every day for towels which is ridiculous. Lighting in the room was terrible.」
