「During my stay, the reception mistakenly gave my room key to another guest, and at 5:30 in the morning, a stranger tried to open the door and enter my room. I was extremely frightened at that moment. Since I had to continue my stay, I requested that a chain lock be installed on my door. Although they said they would do so, the chain lock was never installed.」
「Very good hotel. The service is excellent . The manager Karamchand Bhatnagar was very helpful. They had a solution for every problem. Hotel is small , but in a very good area. Lot of malls and activities around. Wi-Fi is a little slow , but good near the routers . I would definitely stay here again , very good for budget travel 」
