The property is close airport and on nice street having many options of restaurants and 7-11 stores open till late night. Staff were very friendly and always available for help if needed like directions or calling taxi or getting done housekeeping. Wonderful stay. Oh yes, light , air conditioning and Television all operated by remote control. Very good. It was nice staying there. The manager Lim was very respectful and friendly. Appreciated..

Best thing was Anna at FD. It was a good experience communicating with her. Restaurants was still closed and the restaurant across the road closes early at night. You better go there with your snacks if you’re going to check in late. Worst thing is their washroom with no shower curtain and so water is all over the washroom after your shower. I will try a different property next time.

Location is good. Near beach. Bus just outside the hotel, easy to go anywhere including airport. Too much dust on the bed head Need to be cleaner. Too much noise in the hall way. I Generally speaking, it’s okay just for transit. But I won’t come again.

Extremely helpful English speaking staff. They can arrange taxis and they already know about the PCR tests if you're transiting to another country. They helped me feel at ease in a stressful situation

The front desk clerk told me i had to leave my room keys when we were leaving for breakfast. So i did as i was told. Thinking its the policy. When i got back with my 2 sleepy babies. They refused to give me my keys back. Saying they dont know what im talking about and had me arguing there for 15mins holding 2 crying and sleepy 2yo. Total BS

불편을 드리게 되어 매우 유감입니다. cctv를 확인해 본 결과 오전 10시 45분경 식사를 마친 고객님이 아이 한명과 프론트에 오셨으며 정확히 3분 뒤인 10시 48분에 키를 받고 아이와 함께 방으로 입실하는 모습을 확인하였습니다. 의사소통에 문제가 있었던것은 죄송스럽게 생각하오나 저희 직원이 키를 주지 않았으며 15분동안 칭얼거리는 두 아이와 고객님을 기다리게했다는 글이 사실과 많이 다른것으로 보아 고객님께서 무언가 단단히 착오를 하신 듯 합니다. 다시 한번 원활하지 못했던 의사소통에 유감을 표합니다. First of all, we are sorry about lack of communication. The staff you talked with are not good at English. I checked cctv to find out exact situation after I saw your feed-back, and this is the real fact. You came in at 10:45 a.m. with one child, and start talking with our staff. You receive your room key exactly at 10:48a.m. we even checked that you entered your room around at 10:49 a.m. So, I can't understand why you said that we made you wait for 15mins with your 2 crying babies and saying that it was total bs. Again, sorry about the communication problem.

Dirty and disappointing
Positives: - Free shuttle bus from airport worked well (I asked the info desk at Arrivals to call the hotel for me, then was given clear instructions about where to wait for the bus. - Reception assistant friendly and polite. Negatives: - Room was absolutely filthy. I'm not a luxury traveller by any means and I've stayed in some really cheap/basic places all over the world. But I think everybody would expect a minimal standard of cleanliness. My room at the Parkwood made me feel contaminated, just by breathing in it! Dirt, dust, and hairs everywhere, toilet dirty (and was also broken - after flushing, water overflowed all over the floor - just before I checked out). The fridge (which I was counting on for the night before my flight home, to transport food gifts back to the UK) was stinking and full of mould (and I'm not even sure if it was working). - No night light. So couldn't really relax properly on the night before going home - you either sat on the dark or had the harsh big light on. - Didn't manage to get any hot water going at all. I understand that you 'get what you pay for', but a dirty room is never okay, at whatever price, and hot water is a minimum expectation. And the thing is that I'd just come from staying in a basic business hotel in Osaka, which was scrupulously clean - and was actually only £4 more per night than the Parkwood Incheon! I would avoid this place if you can - there seem to be other budget options in the Incheon area.

Last visit (June 9 -10) my breakfast was prepared when I arrive in the restaurant- fresh and hot. At check last night I paid for breakfast and said I would appear about 08:30. I appeared at 08:28. My breakfast had already been prepared and was COLD! and therefore far from tasty.

Nice hotel close to airport with prompt pickup and service. Didn't use appliances such as TV .. so no comments. No noise' close to 7-11. And you get a free ride to airport.
