On the main level, a generously sized living and sleeping area welcomes you with a double sofabed, an open-hearth fireplace used purely for decorative purposes, a dining table, and a cozy dining nook. This convivial space is complemented by a fully equipped kitchen featuring 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, as well as its own dining table. A separate WC is also located on this floor. Direct access to the terrace is available from the living area.

The lower ground floor offers additional functional space, complete with a separate WC and shower, and provides direct access to the garden, creating a seamless connection between the interior and the outdoor surroundings.
