First, the location and views can’t be beat! Easy to get to restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. View from balcony is stunning in the mornings (not able to see sunsets from the balcony, view is blocked by other units, but you can just walk out to the beach for that!) Master bed was very comfortable with nice bedding. There were chairs and boogie boards available for the beach.
The following are very minor, but merit mentioning.
Areas for improvement for cleanliness: carpet is badly stained throughout. We moved the side table to play cards and there was food still under the table from the last guests. Not awesome reassurance during a pandemic that housekeeping was done well between families. We were only given 2 rolls of TP and 2 garbage bags for a week for the whole 3 bdrm unit. (We bought our own, but those are items that have always been provided in past rentals)
General Areas for improvement: living room furniture is “well loved”; badly faded and the arm chair leather cushions are cracked completely and had to have a towel over it or it scratched your legs. Dining table and chairs old, faded and stained/scratched. Could use overall updating in common area, but those are mainly just cosmetic and didn’t interfere with our stay. Refrigerator is older and drawers stuck. Blinds were new, but finicky and only worked 1/2 the time.
We would definitely stay here again!
