Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Péssimo atendimento. A pousada tem 2 nomes e 5 telefones nas placas. Chegamos de viagem por volta da meia noite, não conseguíamos atendimento, ficamos aprox. 30 minutos para fora da pousada. O proprietário disse que não estava ciente da reserva. O quarto não estava preparado, não teve café da manhã e ainda houve o questionamento de por qual motivo Chegamos tão tarde. Péssimo.
