"We arrived hot tired and feeling done the self check in wasn’t working the counter staff ended up finally helping and we were there at 2:45 she told us come back at 3. Usually in my experience they would invite you to relax in the lobby or check if our room was ready or something like that but she wasn’t very empathetic to us."

"The first room smelled like sewage sadly, I reported it and the front staff promptly put me in the new room and it was nice and clean, no issues- I’m suspecting some old pipes maybe? But other than that, I really appreciated their hearty breakfast menu option you can add, they seemed more thoughtfully prepared than what you would expect from breakfast buffet- Staffs are cordial, nice and helpful :)) The big bath area is a very nice addition - I do wish it smelled more like Hinoki and wondered...

"Good condition property, free onsite parking, superb helpful and welcoming staff, very good amenities, very fast internet, average sized room to Japanese standard, sumptuous breakfast, enough varieties for Vegans and Vegetarians, but limited enough just to fill up. Value for money hotel. Just that some of the Breakfast Buffet food is only labelled in Japanese, thus need enquiry from staff about content and ingredients."
