Lovely hotel with cozy atmosphere

We had a great stay in the hotel, for 3 days while we were visiting the nearby Christmas markets in Freiburg, Colmar, Riquewihr and Strasbourg. Which all are in short driving distance and fast to reach. There is a cozy atmosphere in the hotel and the restaurant, who also serves great food. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend this hotel, for anyone who is looking for a place to stay, while visiting the city’s nearby.

Schön gelegene Unterkunft mit gutem ÖPNV Anschluss nach Freiburg(Brsg.). Frühstücksbuffet mehr als ausreichend und reichhaltig. Schön ist, dass es Kühlschrank zur Selbstverpflegung für die Gäste vorgehalten wird.

Was top, prima grote kamer voor ons vieren en heerlijk gegeten (en gedronken..). Bij aankomst drankje in de tuin. Ontbijt prima in orde. Aanrader in een mooi (wijn)gebied onderweg naar noord of zuid!

Sehr zu empfehlen

Ich verbrachte 3 Tage mit meiner Mutter im Gasthaus zur Sonne. Mit dem gratis erhaltenen S-Bahn Ticket konnten wir Freiburg in 20 Minuten erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Highlights: geräumiges Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, wunderbares Frühstücksbuffet. Negativ: laut knarrende Badezimmertür. Wenn jemand lärmempfindlich ist würde ich raten woanders Abend zu essen aber das Essen selbst war ausgezeichnet.

Ausgangspunkt und Ruheort während des Besuchs im Europapark. Man freut sich aufs Abenteuer Europapark, kann sich dort nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag genussvoll ernähren und reist wieder ausgeruht nach Hause.
