"My first night I had a room for two people with one bed which was a very small room. After that I moved to a room with two beds which was very nice. I would not recommend a Friday or Saturday night stay unless you want to party late into the night as the location is very noisy. However, the weekdays are silent and I would definitely recommend the hotel. The linens were very nice and the terrace bar has a spectacular view of the catedral. The pool in January was too cold for me, but the deck has good chairs for taking sun. I think this hotel is the best in Taxco for location and quality."

"Todos fueron amables. En el testaurante, la Sra. de limpieza de cuartos, el muchacho q me ayudo a subir el equipaje. El problema es tanta escalera para ir a cuartos de niveles bajos. Una de las muchachas de la oficina de admicion, olvido q llame al hotel un dia antes, mas sin embargo, me busco habitacion y todo fue bien. Gracias a todos los empleados por hacer nuestra estancia comoda."
