Outdoor
With an abundance of outdoor areas ( 1,300 s.m. ) to lounge in, it couldnt be easier to relax while keeping an eye on your little ones as they splash around in the kids pool.
There is your private heated pool, with a stylish stone patio for sunbathing and surrounded by green gardens. The shaded area around the villa has an outdoor lounge with a sofa and chairs and an alfresco dining table so the chef can prepare you a sunset meal!
Interior
Whitewashed walls and abundant natural light ease you into surrendering to the laid-back island life, whilst the modern sumptuous furnishings take luxury to the next level.
There is an open plan fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs, living area with plush sofa and Smart TV for indoor home entertainment.
All the bedrooms have air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms with all the amenities to spoil yourself, while some of them have direct access to the balcony or the outdoor area.
The first floor has two bedrooms, a double and a twin, both with wonderful sea views and en-suite bathrooms with showers.
A few steps down lead to the bedrooms with garden access and en-suite bathrooms.
The villa infuses modern design with the simplicity of Cretan styling for a relaxing interior that compliments the laid back vibes of the ocean setting.
Ten minutes away is the city of Ierapetra, from where you can take a boat trip to the incredible Chryssi island. Whilst less than an hour away is the famous Ag. Nikolaos and Elounda.

Die Lage ist absolut traumhaft, das Haus sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist vielleicht etwas sparsam eingerichtet aber grundsätzlich hat man alles was man braucht. Wenn Fragen oder Problemen auftauchten hat Giorgios immer sofort reagiert.Der kleine Strand, wo Liegestühle und Kayaks zu Verfügung stehen, ist via ca. 120 Stiegen erreichbar. Dies ist nicht ideal für Leute die nicht gut zu Fuss sind.Wir waren sehr glücklich im Haus Alope!
