"The staff was excellent! Especially during the Tsunami warnings. I watched as they stayed calmed and urged customers to come indoors from the pool area. As we were getting the warnings on our phones. The restaurant staff kept us informed. A special Thank you to Sayaka for answering our questions, setting up our golf tee time and spa appointments and even mailing a package for me! Thank you to Iwase for my wonderful massage he was very professional and Maria for my facial! 2 days of feeling special! Our waiter at Sawa Restaurant was patient at explaining our food. "It was remote and far from the airport, however, they had free shuttle from two of the hotels in Naha so it was very convenient. Breakfast buffet was great and there were so many different kinds of food. Just be careful not over eat:) We are glad that we went al the way to north to see the wild nature of the Okinawa Island. Naha was a huge city so just a day was enough for us and it was nice to be able to relax at this very nice resort. It is not super fancy, etc. but it was enough for us "
