Ichkeul National Park

The hotel was in a great location which made exploring Tunis easy. I appreciated that it is a historical hotel that was a British embassy for over 350 years. The decore is unique Neo Moorish. The staff were helpful and my room was clean and comfortable.

Dusty floor, family plugged the kettle made the power cut off while I was in the shower, toilet sink was blocked, coffee was terrible, it’s tucked away from transport, next midday i asked reception to book me a taxi to the airport which is very close to the hotel, she quoted me 50 TND and insisted that was the price, I managed to get one from couple of streets behind he switched the meter on, the bill was 6 TND on the meter, I gave him 25. Breakfast very limited and tasteless, no buffet. Not much around the hotel not worth the price. This is my second time stying here and definitely will be the last.
