立地は抜群
オールインクルーシブルで泊まりました。 ご飯は毎回美味しかったです。 ドリンクはグラス交換性で色々頼めましたが、利用時間の案内がなくイマイチわかりませんでした。 シャワーの水が少し臭いますが、バス停に近いので、アクセスはいいと思います。

どうしてもイビサに行きたいなら、このHotelへ☆
素泊まり7000円くらいなら納得が行くHotel。実際はイビサ島の夏だったので2万以上しました。アメニティもほとんどなく、壁が薄くて一晩中、隣の部屋の声が漏れ聞こえ眠れませんでした。環境も、このHotelの周りだけアジアな感じで、イビサ感はゼロでした。

オールインクリーシブ
空港から12€、イビサタウンから14番バスで15分1.9€、イビサ城まで海岸沿いを散歩1時間３０分と便利の良いところです。 予約ははオールインクリーシブ、3食、飲み物付きでいちいち外に食べに行かずで便利です

The staff was excellent. However the property could use some updates and a bit more cleanliness. Many outlets did not work and the lights were also of issue. It was not shared we would get a conjoined room (it was locked) but the walls were paper thin. We were upgraded to a sea view room which was excellent but still some outlets did not work/mini fridge not cooling. The pool was great and the access to the beach as well. The hotel itself is in a great area to be around the club scene.

Wonderful place to stay and close to the main clubs. Breakfast was delicious and the pool was super nice. Only thing I will say is that we had two friends come to the room before we went out and the security guard knocked on the door and made them leave. I’ve never had that happen before

Great location, 10 mins from airport and only a 40 minute walk to the main town. Loads of food options around the hotel, would recommend.

Las zonas comunes están mucho mejor que las habitaciones. En mi opinión lo que no nos ha gustado fue el estado de suciedad de los raíles de la mampara de la bañera ya que estaban en muy mal estado. Mucho moho y suciedad de anteriores huéspedes. Esto no me ha gustado nada. Recomiendo mejor limpieza dado que es desagradable. Las habitaciones no tienen ningún tipo de insonorización se oía hasta los ronquidos de la había ración de al lado. La comida era excelente y el personal del comedor muy profesionales y amables así como el resto del personal. Por otra parte, teníamos todo incluido y en una ocasión no tenían nada de nada para picar en el bar. Con un niño y en un día lluvioso no es lo que se espera de un todo incluido. Esto no es exactamente para lo que hemos pagado. El chico que hacía los masajes es magnífico.

This is a nice place if you are looking for a convenient and fast stay. This place is located near attractions and transportation. Also the front desk staff is very friendly. Clean room. I wish they offer everything included or a All-inclusive option

Went on low season so many places around were being ready to close down . Other than that buffet offer great variety Property was very conveniently located to take tours and walks on the beach

Staff were ok, look it’s Spain they’re not going to go out of their way to help you when things go wrong . But if you ask them for help they are decent enough and will delver what you need.. Yes, I know a 4 star hotel expects more and this rooms are quite small but adequate. It is probably 3 star by US/UK/EU But nice location, great pool and right by beach. Probably won’t stay again but a decent enough hotel

Great views and access to pool and beach. Amenities were soso. For example no iron unless you go to front desk. But when I did they were all out and none were available. Not acceptable for a four star. BUT it was a great place and I’d book it again.

Insonorizzazione delle camere scarse. Ma molta maleducazione da parte di chi alle 5.30 parla ad alta voce e sbatte le porte,letto non comodissimo colazione ok cena nella norma P.s meglio prendere all inclusive e non mezza pensione perché i prezzi delle bevande a cena sono altissimi mezzo litro acqua naturale 3.90! comodissimo

Decent all inclusive hotel option
Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel. I chose to do the all inclusive package. Pros: there are two separate bars that are included in the package. The drink selection is fairly limited, but was fairly OK. The pool was nice but slightly small based on the number of people present it was very convenient that the beach was a very short walk, so I spent most of my time at the beach. Some nightlife was pretty close to the hotel, which was nice at night. A taxi to the other side of the island was fairly expensive, but nothing outrageous. Cons: the rooms did seem a little dated. Paying two euros for a token/plastic cup for the all inclusive drinks seemed strange. There was definitely limited seating in the dining area. But the food was OK. After a couple of days, I started eating at the other restaurants on the island and not the hotel, even though it was included.

The lifts were old and one was not working. The food of all inclusive was average. The lock of the door was not working properly.

Great! Would recommend!
Overall our stay was amazing. I would like to give a shout out to Miguel, Joan, Kevin, and Riccardo that worked by the pool. They were super attentive and friendly. They made our stay that much better! Truly amazing people! The only thing I would say is that the rooms need some updating, especially the ac units, also there needs to be some sound proofing as everything can be heard at all hours of the night. I think duvets would also be nice as only on very thin sheet was on the bed.

Great location! Poor cleanliness of rooms. Poorly built - you can hear your neighbours snoring and every word of their conversation. If you looking to rest after some partying then forget about it. Good service from most of the workers

Location: great Breakfast: excellent quality and diversity Pool and pool area: great Hotel General condition: very poor/beaten up. Cleanliness: very very dirty. Bedroom bedsheets: stained, poorest quality, too short for the mattress, you would wake up touching a disgusting mattress protector because the sheets wouldn’t stay in place. Bathroom: very very very dirty. Towels of the poorest quality, towels stained (not 1, but 3 different sets had stains). Toilet water tank cracked, bidet awfully disgusting, the shower is inside a tub (normally no problem) but in this case it is a tiny tub with all wall and floor rounded, a huge slippery risk/unsafe. Hotel hallways: walls dirty, marked with scarfs of luggage and use… Would not recommend it at all based on the lack of basic higiene, and basic bedroom comfort.

Floors were not cleaned. Mold around the air vent. Cleaners came every day to change roses and bed sheets. Clean building.

La estructura tiene una ubicación excelente. El personal muy profesional, principalmente el team del Bar de Juana, Clara y la muchacha de Rumania que ahora no recuerdo su nombre, también Pablo de la seguridad hotelera. Los italianos de la reception también muy profesionales y gentiles (Jacopo, Emanuele, Domenico & Riccardo). La estructura del hotel no es adapta para las personas con problemas motores, ya que no presenta ni ascensor ni rampa para acceder al área de la piscina, bares y playa. No es tolerante ya que la mayor parte de los servicios se encuentran principalmente en esta área. La comida en el buffet es simplemente aceptable, haciendo notar que es el primer hotel de 4 estrellas que me hospedo que no ofrece helado, ni gran variedad de postres, además la carne no es de gran calidad.

Lots of noise through the whole night until the morning from other guests. Walls and doors are thin or bad insulated so you hear everything. Waking up 3-4 times a night is normal. Doors are fitted with springs so they close by themselves. Result = bang every time someone closes his door. Rooms were not very clean. Catering was good.
