The bathroom light did not work for the duration of my stay and it was a struggle to get a fridge in the room, receptionist explained that all the refrigerators were out for servicing. Overall it was a nice stay, very secure and even though a bit pricey I still prefer the hotel due to location. Special shout out to Abraham, he showed exemplary customer service!"
