Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Room was full of cockroaches, and room service was not good, the Bedsheets were not changed. Room was not ready even though we called and reached in the evening, they were out of water bottles, no towels nothing. Switchboards not working. TV was broken and was tilted. The wall hanging broken and tilted again. Such a horrible stay. I wish I could have given a negative review for this stay.
