"The hotel was excellent, everything was beautiful and service was great. But only one thing was not so great was the terrible traffic around the area, the traffic jam was terrible nearby day and night."

"This hotel is in a great location with access to all od Seul and beyond via the rapid train service at Seul Station. The underground walkway between the hote and station is very convenient. My only issue with the hotel is that the staff is not very friendly or informative. Still, everyone else in all the surrounding shops are kind and informative and there are several great restaurants right next door."

"Clean and modern hotel with handy airport shuttle service. Breakfast also excellent food with Asian and standard options. The buffet dining area presented some design safety issues as there are many split levels to navigate. Just good to know to take care if you have some visual impairment or balance on steps while holding food. A decent selection of English news channels on TV. Service by staff was fabulous, especially Concierge Jang who treated us like royalty. Thank you"

"This hotel reminds me of luxurious Las Vegas hotels. The service is excellent from the moment you step off your vehicle when arriving for check in. The staff we encountered throughout the whole process were excellent. The property smells and feels luxurious. There are many dining and shopping options nearby or within the complex. Our room had a wonderful view of the Lotte World Tower. It was spacious with wonderful amenities. This is one of the top hotels in Seoul and the price of food onsite reflects that. If this is within your budget, this is a wonderful property. "

"Location of the hotel is good as its nearby many attractions. You can take the bus directly from airport to the hotel nearby and walk for 5mins. It is also around 10mins from the metro station. Service of the staff and cleanliness of the room is also good. Will return here again in future."
