"Hotel is great, staff is very friendly. My room was comfortable enough for me, shower was easy to work with. They gave me fresh towels and water daily. Breakfast was good. My biggest peeve was you can hear the water running sometimes but other than that I had a very comfortable stay."

"Close to Incheon airport and free shuttle bus was very convenient. There is also a convenience store which you can use even at late night. The room was facing the airport so it was a bit noisy but overall I am happy with the hotel. "

"Very nice hotel with great facilities and services! This includes a free shuttle to Airport T1 and T2. Has a pool in the summer and walking path from the hotel which goes near the ocean? Unfortunately there is absolutely nothing interesting around the hotel, nearest convenience store is small and more than 10 minute walk. So if you are a foreigner, hungry at night and cant order takeout (since you need a local phone number to do so) then you are gonna have to either go far or spend a premium on hotel room service."

"The staff are excellent and are very helpful in giving you help when you need it. They also speak an array of different languages; I’ve heard Japanese, English, and Korean which I would say is an indication of professionalism and diversity which I have lots of respect for. The room itself was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. The housekeeping was also professional, quick, and friendly. In regards to transportation, the Guro Digital Complex Station (Exit No. 6) is the closest station to the hotel. I would say the travel time to and from the more touristic areas such as Myeongdong and Itaewon are quite far but I would say that with Seoul’s efficient transportation it’s quite okay. But some notable areas are close such as: Hongdae, and Gangnam. Given my comment above, the hotel is around some pretty good areas that I would say aren’t advertised as much, such as Kkalkkal street. I would also add on that there are excellent restaurants around the hotel that are cost friendly. All in all this is an excellent hotel! The front desk staff are excellent hard workers and are diverse in speaking an array of different languages. Thank you Shilla Stay at Guro for enriching my experience in Korea! God Bless. "

"This hotel is conveniently located to the metro and buses. Across the street are several places to eat. Starbucks is next door along with a convenience store. Room was smaller than expected but it was clean and comfortable for 2 people. When returning to Seoul we will book this hotel again. Highly recommend for first time travelers using the metro. "
