Had to wait for someone to check us in. The room was not very clean. Dirt, dust and tissues under the bed. The bed looked like someone just pulled up the blanket and sheets. Bathroom left a lot to be desired. We didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower as it wasn’t the most clean looking. Checking out, no one around. Was told by an individual, we assumed knew the staff, to just leave the key on the nightstand, asked the room nurse. Provided her with the number and put the key in the room. Try unpleasant experience.

Expedia over booked so we didn't have a room when we got there and it was a busy weekend. The owner said she told them she was full but they booked me anyway. So I don't think I'll be using Expedia again.

Reserved room two weeks ago BMX race first said wrong day had paperwork then said overbooked and someone was already in our room !!!!no rooms anywhere raced Sunday had to sleep in my Jeep checked everywhere no rooms !! Not happy !!!!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Booked a stay for 3 nights and when I arrived to check in, the owner told me there was no room and they said they contacted expedia to issue a refund on my behalf. They lied right to my face, there was no refund coming and 2 months later I finally got the charge resolved. STAY AWAY unless you want to have your money stolen

Had resveration got there they said no resveration had to turn around and make 7 hour back home as everyone else was booked so missing grandsons graduation 😡😡

Booked online and when I got there they told me they had over booked and instead of calling me prior to let me know they had no rooms they let me come after a 16 hour night shift , and told me I was basically out of luck and to kick rocks , this is the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced in my life , burn this place to the ground

The room was filthy. I had to clean the toilet and make the bed. There was no power or heat and the TV did not work either. I am very disappointed that I wasted my money getting a room there.

It was a dump. they did not have a room for us, our brother was to get a room as well, so in the end they had one room open that they cleaned while we stood there. so all three of us had to share it with the brother sleeping on the couch. Plus we were charged for it. They now will try to refund both us and the brother for the rooms we were to get in the first place.

I go there to sleep and take a shower a shower no hand towels no washcloths. came in after hours nobody to get anything from there is two of us bed with smaller than wanted overall some maintenance issues but for the price I guess kept one out of the rain.

They lost a friend's reservation and told them we had cancelled so they could have the room. The property has the appearance of several long term residents perhaps with addictions. When we called to question they hung up on us. Definitely can not recommend for any reason. Photos are very misleading!

Office closes at 5. Check in afyervis tough. TV had no remote or buttons. Sink backs up & leaks.
