The room was great but was saddened that no one ever called me back or emailed me. I wanted champagne waiting for my wife. It was her birthday weekend. We drove over 5 hours. Unacceptable. Better late than never I guess but that wasn’t the point!

We asked for late checkout, due to conference calls all morning! housekeeping knocked on the door and tried to come in! Even with the do not disturb hanging on the door!!! So I had to stop my conference. Why is it so hard for staff to Communicate.
