"Property was close to 6 flags. Free parking on site. Thought our booking included free continental breakfast but we're told on check in there was none. We were given a room overlooking the pool which was fine. However pool was supposed to close at 10. There were several people partying around the pool (drinking and smoking weed) which woke us up around 2am when they broke a glass bottle. My husband asked the desk guy to address the issue because it was loud and made our whole room reek. We had to turn our AC off. He asked what he was supposed to do about it. All this to say I think we could have found a clean room and dealt with the same BS for less."

"I didn't actually stay there due to the fact that on my way to see The Eagles I wrecked my car on the way to checking in no May 16. When I was unable to get there (which WAS the day of the event) I called the hotel, then Hotel.com. I was hoping that the hotel would be nice enough to not charge me for not being able to make it that day. My car was NOT driveable and we could just not get there. The hotel said "sorry - but we won't do that". I would recommend that people DO NOT stay there at all. I can understand a "no show", but for an emergency like that this is obviously NOT where I want to stay at any time. I HOPE this gets posted and many people read it. I have known of 2 incidents when people I know couldn't make their stay due to death in the family and flooding incident at their homes and those hotels worked with them and didn't charge them. This hotel would not do that. Stephanie Spencer"

"Overall the room and hotel was great. Friendly staff, clean, spacious room. Was very disappointed to find out when we arrived that the bar was closed and we would not be able to order food because apparently they only had 1 bartender who left for the day. This was the main reason we chose this place so it was a huge inconvenience to us and alot of other guests who were complaining as well. Not sure how on a busy concert night they only had 1 bartender for the entire day. Not sure if we would be back."

"My wife and I stayed at a LaQuinta hotel in Arlington 5/16-5/17. We had no water at all from Saturday afternoon until the time we left Sunday morning. This led to us leaving super early in morning as we had no place to shower or use the restroom, and did not have breakfast...one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The smoke detector was missing from our room. I made the front desk aware Saturday around 4 PM, and nothing was done about it...at least up until the time we departed early Sunday morning. . The refrigerator in our room froze our drinks. Yes one could argue this is trivial, but it shouldn't happen. I'm a fan of LaQuinta, and stayed at this hotel because we're fans of the chain/brand. We were promised that a manager would be in touch, but nobody has reached out. We even emailed the manager Sunday, and have not received any response. We feel we should get a full refund. "
